Maintenance Agreement
BFS will come to your home either spring or fall and perform the following 20 Point Inspection.Air Conditioning Check Up

  • Measure Refrigerant
  • Pressures
  • Test Starting Capabilities and Float Switch
  • Clean or Replace Air Filters (provided by customer)
  • Clean and Adjust Blower
    Component
  • Tighten Electrical Connection and Measure Volts
  • Clean evaporator coil as long as it can be cleaned in place
  • Monitor Cooling Cycle
  • Rinse Condenser Coil

Heater Check Up

  • Check and Adjust Burner
    Assembly, Draft Induce Motor, Gas Piping for Leaks, Ducts for Air Leakage, Smoke Detector Batteries, and C/O Monitor
  • Clean Ignition Assembly,
    Condensate Drains and Blower Component
  • Test Starting Capabilities and Safety Controls
  • Examine Heat Exchanger for
    Damage and Corrosion
  • Clean or Replace Air Filters (provided by customer)
  • Tighten Electrical Components

* This is not an extended warranty nor does it imply warranty coverage of any type. They are transferable to the new owner of the same address. 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of preset appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment. A Certified Maintenance Agreement is a tune-up and professional check up of your heating/air conditioning equipment twice a year. Maintenance checks will be performed Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This maintenance agreement does not include repair costs (labor or parts) for any problems detected during the tune-up.

What is a Service Plan?

A service plan is an agreement that BFS will come to your home in the event that one of the appliances, air conditioning, or heater listed on the contract fails. A service plan covers all functional parts and the labor to make the necessary repairs. A gold plan will also replace the covered equipment if  the problem cannot be repaired do to one of the functional parts, rust and corrosion is also covered if it has caused total malfunction and failure.

How do I use the Plans?

It’s simple when one of your appliances, air conditioning, or heater stop working just call our toll free number to schedule a work order and our local branch will dispatch a technician to your home with in 24 to 48 hours under normal working conditions. You can also email your request using this website. My local branches always call the evening before to confirm the appointment.

Do we have emergency services?

Yes, we have an on call technician through the weekends and holidays to take care of major emergency. Example, temperatures reaching above 95 degrees and you have no air conditioning or temperatures below 33 degrees and you have no heater. Uncontrollable floods, busted water heaters. Just call 702-798-9720 after 5:00pm during the week or anytime on weekend and holidays follow the prompts and leave a message with your contract number and phone number, both are important for the tech to call you back. Using this website to put in an emergency request will not get your request to the technician.
